Our complex consists in two separate buildings with a total 54 Apartments, located in a privileged and very quiet place at just 150 metres away from the beach.

Very close, you can find the shopping centres Cita, La Sandía and Jumbo, for shopping and and many leisure activities, restaurants, bars, disco’s and terraces.

It’s possible to do many different sports and activities in the surroundings, such as Golf, Tennis, Surf, cycling, etc.

The distance to the airport is 32 km, and 54 km to Las Palmas Capital city.



The island Gran Canaria is located in the middle of the Canarian archipiélago, with volcanic origin known as the fortunate islands since ancient times.

What you will find here, is a very nice climate all through the year, with average 24ºC, where the variety of landscapes and microclimates define the island as a miniature continent. 

The most famous beaches are found in the south of the island. The Maspalomas dunes comprehend 6 km of golden sand between the Playa del Inglés beach and the Maspalomas beach. A paradise for the sun lovers, the peaceful walks by the sea and also for practicing sports. From Adventure to relax and Spa’s, this is a great place to enjoy for couples, families, or a short break. Don’t miss the chance to visit 

the Maspalomas Faro and the charca.

In the southwest, famous towns are Argüinegüín, Puerto Rico or Puerto de Mogán, where you will also find beautiful beaches, like the natural ones Patalavaca or Taurito, but also carribean sandy beaches like Anfi del Mar or Amadores.

In the north you can visit the surprising Las Palmas city, with the most important in artistic and historical heritage, a city of cultures and diversity with a great commercial activity in the harbour, beautiful beaches like famous Las Canteras beach, Alcaravaneras or la Laja, and also to mention the old city in Vegueta. Here you can visit the Santa Ana cathedral, the Canarian Museum or Columbus’ house. Other places of interest are the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium or Elder’s Museum of Science and Technology. 

The inside of the island shows the genuine landscapes from the summits, with typical enchanting towns like Teror, Arucas, Tejeda, Santa Lucía, Fataga or Artenara. You can notice the contrasts between the green north, the vast Pine tree forests from Tamadaba or in the highest altitude, or the south’s desert-like landscapes. In Flora and wildlife there are many exclusive species that can only be seen here. 

The highest Peak is Pico de las Nieves with 1.949 metres altitude, to mention also the island’s most famous Natural Monument Roque Nublo. 

The best choice to move is with a hired or rental car, due to the generally good conditions of the roads.
